Case Study - Katerina Lyubomirova & Charlotte Ralph

When community sparks a collaboration – The Brighter Brand Workshop

Some people just click.

Katerina and Charlotte had crossed paths online before, but it was joining Pink Coral that really deepened the connection.

After attending a couple of events, Katerina loved the vibe so much she told Charlotte, “You’d fit right in here.”

And she was right. Charlotte joined soon after (and fits in amazingly, we might add). Through turning up regularly, having real conversations, and being part of a community that gets it, their idea for a new collaboration started to take shape.

Katerina and I were looking for a new networking group to join. She tried Pink Coral first and then let me know it was a big thumbs up from her. Since joining, as well as having attracted new clients, I’ve really enjoyed the building relationships with other women in business.

From cuppas to creativity: an idea was born.

As they got chatting to more women at our networking events, the same thing kept coming up:

“I just don’t know what colours suit me.”

“Should I be wearing my brand colours, or just colours that suit me? Or both?”

“How can I look more put-together in photos”

A lot of us want to feel more confident showing up - whether it’s online, in front of a camera, or at an event, but we’re not sure how to pull it all together. So we end up blending in, clashing with our brand colours, or playing it safe in colours that really don’t feel like us.

That’s when Katerina and Charlotte realised their businesses and skills were the perfect match - so they decided to create something together…

The Brighter Brand Workshop.

A small-group, in-person experience where Charlotte helps you find your best colours, and Katerina captures beautiful, natural headshots while you’re feeling your best.

It’s for women in business who are building a personal brand, and for those wanting to match the vibe of their brand, show up with confidence, and in colours that complement, not clash with their branding.

Nikki’s experience: standing out instead of blending in.

“This workshop spoke to me because I’ve been there.

When I started becoming more visible as the founder of Pink Coral Community, I became the face of something. But in the beginning I didn’t feel 100% comfortable putting myself out there. My brand colours felt bold and bright, and I didn’t know how to reflect that in what I wore.

So I booked a colour consultation with Charlotte. And it changed everything.

Turns out, bright shades and coral are my colours. I’d always worn soft, muted tones, assuming they suited me best, but Charlotte helped me see how vibrant shades completely lifted my look, my energy, both in person and in photos.

And speaking of photos…

I recently had a shoot with Katerina and the whole experience was just lovely. No stress, no pressure to perform. I didn’t have professional makeup or hair done (I can’t wear anything on my skin), and I was a bit nervous about that. But she made me feel so relaxed and comfortable, and the photos turned out beautifully.

They felt like me.

Now, I feel more put together and more in sync with my brand. It’s such a simple shift, but having my colours done has made a huge difference.

Now I know exactly what colours to wear for Pink Coral events and my photoshoots, and everything flows so much better across our website and socials now too.

I think you’ll agree that my before and after photos say it all.”

Why it’s a true Pink Coral collaboration.

What we love most about Katerina and Charlotte’s workshop is how naturally it came together. It wasn’t forced or just created for social media. It grew from genuine friendship, shared passions, and the kind of conversations that happen when you keep showing up with the same group of brilliant women.

And that’s exactly what Pink Coral is here for.

They saw a gap, combined their talents, and created something that helps women in business feel more confident, more aligned with their brand, and more seen

And if you're reading this thinking I need a community like this in my life, you’re absolutely welcome here.
