We host intimate (zero-pressure) in-person networking events and offer a flexible membership for women freelancers, solo founders and small business owners - giving you what one-off networking events never can: consistent connection, visibility, trust, and momentum in your business.

Who Are We?
Founded in 2023 by Nikki Gibson, we’re a growing business network and membership community, expanding across Hampshire, Surrey and beyond.
No gimmicks. No overcomplicated structures – We keep it refreshingly simple because real connection doesn’t need fluff.
No hidden agendas. No sales funnels – Just honest, human connection designed to help you and your business thrive and grow.
Community over competition – We don’t limit professions because no two businesses (or women!) are the same.
No referral targets or pressure – Instead, we’re about trust, support, and letting relationships grow naturally.
And we don’t do online networking (but never say never) – Our community is built on showing up in real life, because relationships grow faster and stronger when we’re in the same room. We do offer the occasional virtual coworking session, plus a small WhatsApp group to stay connected between meet-ups.
