Where quietly ambitious women are seen, heard, and known.

A membership community for women building businesses together, around real life.

Pink Coral is a community for women freelancers, solo and small business owners who want connection, support, and real relationships while they grow.

A place to laugh, share, get inspired, and swap advice with women who actually get it.

The relaxed space you’ve been looking for to build confidence, momentum, and trust, without the pressure to sell, perform, or start from scratch every time you show up.

Smaller rooms. Familiar faces. Deep conversations. Trusted support.

Because business was never meant to be built alone!

📍 In-person meetups across Hampshire & Surrey, plus a supportive online community.

Hi from our Founder, Nikki.

I started Pink Coral in 2023 because I wanted a business community that actually fits real life.

For busy women juggling client work, kids, pets, and life, turning up every week at 6.30am in the name of “networking” just isn’t realistic. Plus, us quieter ones need an easy-going space that works for us.

I’m an introvert, which is why our community, membership, and meetups are cosy, low-pressure, and simple.

Unlike other memberships that add on more and more and leave you feeling overwhelmed, here you know exactly where to be each month, with an online space to connect when life is just…lifeing.

It starts with business, but real friendships grow here too. You’ll often find us at socials, dog walks, or catching up over a cuppa.

I can’t wait to welcome you - come on in!

“As soon as I met Nikki, I knew that she was my kind of person… so I knew that Pink Coral would be a collection of “my people” if Nikki had brought them together. And I wasn’t wrong!" ~ Emily

Depth, not surface-level connections.

You’re not new to business. You’ve put in the hours, learned a lot, and you’re done with small talk or chasing quick-fix visibility.

You want people who really understand what you’re building.

Who recommend you.

Collaborate with you.

Back you.

You want real business talk, and a space where people actually show up, not to sell, but to support.

That’s exactly what you’ll find here: a space to meet your people, and where business opportunities naturally follow (but that’s just a bonus).

"I count myself utterly lucky to have found this community - my business literally wouldn’t have grown to where it is today without it!” ~ Sarah

This isn’t traditional or big, busy networking.

Showing up in real life is powerful. People see you, hear you, get a feel for how you think and what you’re about, but we know networking can feel daunting, so our meetups are small, relaxed, and welcoming. Conversations move past “so what do you do?” fast (thank god 😉).

No high-energy performances. No pitch-fests. And definitely no pretending to be someone you’re not.

If big networking events leave you drained, this will feel different.

“Pink Coral ladies lift me up! No matter how I feel before going, I always feel inspired, energised and supported at events,” said one member.

Where we meet each month:

Cuppa & Connect (in-person)
Small, relaxed meetups in
Fleet, Hampshire and Farnham, Surrey. Visitors welcome (up to two visits).

Collaborative Coworking (in-person & members only)
Focused mornings to work alongside and learn from fellow Corals.

What being part of Pink Coral really means.

BEING KNOWN

Here we know your name, your work, and what you’re trusted for.

And when you’re part of something ongoing, you show up more, not from pressure, but with intention.

COMMUNITY

Running a business solo doesn’t have to feel lonely.

Pink Coral is intentionally warm, and supportive full of gals who ‘speak your language’, respect your pace, and cheer you on.

MOMENTUM

Momentum doesn’t come from doing more.

It comes from showing up again and again, in the right place.

We keep you connected, learning, and moving forward.
