Find your people. Grow your business. Feel less alone.
Pink Coral was made for women who are serious about their business… but not so serious about standing up and giving a speech about it.
We’re the ones growing steady, strong and building a business around our lives. The ones who aren’t usually shouting the loudest online, but are still doing incredible things behind the scenes.
It’s not about forcing yourself to be extroverted or “network-y” to succeed. It’s about being seen, supported and understood exactly as you are.
Our networking isn’t transactional or performative. It’s real connection, genuine support, and building friendships that go beyond business.
When you become a member, it’s more than just a monthly meetup – behind the scenes we’re promoting you, recommending you, and giving you access to the Pink Coral network and audience. For just £30/month, you get a full ecosystem of support – people who have your back and are invested in helping you grow.
Why I Started Pink Coral.
Running a business solo can get lonely. It’s just you (and maybe the cat) with no one to chat with, share ideas, or celebrate wins.
I hit a point where I felt stuck and isolated working from home. I craved human connection, and a more relaxed way to network that didn’t feel fake or forced.
And honestly? I hated being put on the spot at networking events or having to give a pitch (so we never do that here).
So I created the thing I needed most. A warm, welcoming community for quietly ambitious women who want to grow their business and their circle of support.
What started as a small meetup in Fleet, Hampshire has grown into three buzzing hubs across Hampshire and Surrey – with more on the way, and where women can actually enjoy networking again.
Pink Coral isn’t a side project or a sales tactic. I’m not connecting you to me, I’m connecting you to others. It’s now the only business I run, and every bit of my energy goes into making it the best possible space for our members.
Why Seeing The Same Faces (Over and Over) Is Actually A Good Thing.
You might be wondering why you’d join a membership community instead of just attending one-off events or pay-as-you-go networking.
If you’re a solo or small business owner – especially if you’re offering a service – you’ll know people don’t usually buy the first time they meet you. They need to really know, like, and trust you first.
That’s why long-term, consistent connection matters.
When you show up regularly and see the same women again and again, the conversations get easier. They just flow. You’re not having to start from scratch or have the same surface-level chat 20 times.
Instead of small talk, you dive straight into the good stuff – what you’re working on, where you’re stuck, what you’re excited about. That’s where the real relationships (and opportunities) come from.
And while our members get priority access to event tickets, we always keep a few visitor spots open too. So there’s still fresh energy, new faces, and a chance to welcome more brilliant women into the community.
Community Isn’t A Nice To Have, It’s A Must Have!
This Is What Membership To Pink Coral Really Looks Like:
NETWORKING & OPPORTUNITIES
We don’t do surface-level chats or “pop in and out” networking.
At Pink Coral, you build real relationships by showing up again and again, being yourself, and connecting with women who genuinely care.
These are women investing in themselves, their businesses, and each other.
They tag you, recommend you, say your name in the right rooms, because they trust you.
That’s how clients find you, collabs happen, and your business grows - steadily, through people who actually know you.
PERSONAL GROWTH
You start off second-guessing everything, unsure if you’re doing it “right” or even if you’re cut out for this.
But bit by bit, that changes.
You learn from other members experiences. You get unstuck. You see what’s possible. You start to trust yourself more.
You make clearer decisions, feel more confident, and realise that you can do this!
And instead of feeling overwhelmed, you start feeling excited. Excited to grow, learn and run a business that fits your life.
SUPPORT SYSTEM
This is the bit so many people miss when working for themselves - the behind-the-scenes support. The personal check-ins, the chats after an event that leave you feeling lighter.
Pink Coral gives you a trusted group of women who actually show up to listen, to cheer you on, and remind you that you’re not the only one finding it hard some days.
You can share all of your wins and wobbles here.
You’ve got a trusted community by your side, because business was never meant to be done alone.
And because connection shouldn’t be complicated, becoming a Coral is simple - one tier, one price, £30/month, with one in-person networking event included for free every month.
What We’ve Built Here Really Works.
The trust builds quickly here, and with that comes: collaborations, recommendations, new clients, and friendships.
Our community is intentionally intimate, so you’re not lost in the crowd. People truly know you. And as we open up more locations, those connections and opportunities are only growing.
Check out our success stories to see the magic that happens when women feel seen, supported, and genuinely connected.
Hear From The Corals.
“The Pink Coral Community has been fantastic for me on a social level. Working on my own can be quite lonely, so it’s lovely being in a group where we can talk, share experiences and gain advice from other women in the same position.” ~ Lauren
“Networking with Pink Coral feels exciting, I never dread it. We’re all just working women looking to connect, with no agenda. If you’re local to Fleet, Hampshire, I can well and truly recommend Nikki’s events. Once again, I came away with my cup filled!” ~ Louise
“The right connections don’t feel like networking - they feel like home. When you find your tribe, grab it with both hands. Pink Coral is heart-centered connection, friendship, and support. A space where women uplift each other.” ~ Vikki
Membership - How It Works
I know you just want the quick version of how membership works – so here it is:
1. Choose your Home Hub
Think of each of our hub locations as its own little mini Pink Coral community. When you join, you’ll pick your Home Hub – for example, Guildford and that’s where you’ll attend most of your events and get to know your fellow local Corals on a deeper level. These are the women you’ll see most often, chat with in your hub’s WhatsApp group, and build those lovely long-term connections with.
Membership is £30 per month, and your Home Hub’s monthly networking event is included for free in that.
You’re always welcome to visit other hubs too at discounted ticket prices. We love a bit of cross-community mingling!
(P.S. We’re also working on a members-only app to connect all Corals without the chaos of a giant WhatsApp group… stay tuned!)
2. Complete your application
Once you’ve chosen your Home Hub, just fill out the short application form for that hub.
3. We’ll get you all set up
You’ll hear from us within a couple of days with everything you need to get started.
We keep each hub as its own little community so every event has that cosy, friendly, and familiar feel Pink Coral is known for.

Membership FAQs.
-
We allow up to three visits on a pay-as-you-go basis (total, not per hub).
After that, you’ll need to decide if membership is the right fit. Most women join after their first or second visit anyway.
-
Membership to Pink Coral Community is tailored for founder-led and independently owned businesses where you serve as the owner, founder, or director.
Please note that it’s not the right fit for network marketing/MLM enterprises, such as Tropic, Arbonne, Bodyshop, Herbalife, Travel Consultants, and similar organisations. This is because Pink Coral is designed to actively spotlight our members, their business, and their offers.
If you earn solely from building a team and those you recruit, sadly that’s not something we can support within the Pink Coral membership.
Alternatively, you’re welcome to attend our in-person events on a pay-as-you-go basis. However, please note that we encourage a supportive and collaborative atmosphere, and attendees must not engage in aggressive selling or recruitment during or after our events, regardless of the nature of their business.
-
Nope, and here’s why:
Community over competition. No two businesses (or women!) are the same. Even if you share a profession, your style, approach, and personality are unique to you. Clients and collaborators choose the person, not just the service. At Pink Coral, we focus on relationships, not competition.
-
When you join, you’ll choose your home hub (for example, Guildford, Fleet, or Farnham).
Your membership includes the monthly Cuppa & Connect at your home hub, which is always free for you to attend every single month. This is your anchor point and the heart of your Pink Coral membership.
You’ll also get a one-off free visit to try out another hub’s networking event. After that, you’re welcome to explore as many hubs as you like, with 20% off the pay-as-you-go price each time.
Beyond your hub meet-ups, members also enjoy discounted tickets to special events like workshops, and coworking days — plus early access to book.
-
You don't need to send a replacement.
If you can’t make it one month that’s okay. Life is busy sometimes! Your membership gives you flexibility — you choose the events that work for you. The magic of community is that even if you can’t come every time, you’re still part of the network and conversation.
But remember; your fellow members and visitors are turning up for you, so do try to make as many events as you can.
-
Definitely not.
Pink Coral isn’t about “working the room” or pushing your services. We’re a community first. The connections you make here are about trust, support, and collaboration. Sales and referrals happen naturally when the fit is right, but they’re never forced.
We make it clear on our website, Eventbrite listings, and in all our marketing: if your only aim is to sell to the room or recruit our members, Pink Coral isn’t the place for you. And if we discover that kind of behaviour, you won’t be invited back.
-
We don’t do baseless or forced referrals. Our members only recommend you when they genuinely know, trust, and believe you’re the right fit for someone.
That’s what makes a Pink Coral recommendation powerful — it’s real.
-
If you’re serious about building a business and open to learning from and connecting with others, then yes.
But if you’re only looking for freebies or aren’t ready to invest in yourself yet, this probably isn’t the right time.
Pink Coral is for women who are ready to grow and prioritise long-term relationship building.
-
Absolutely. We’re not about standing up and pitching or doing awkward intros. Our events are laid-back, welcoming, and built on real conversation. You can show up exactly as you are.
You’ll soon realise networking can be fun and your confidence will grow.
-
If £30/month feels impossible, it might not be the right time for you. And that’s okay.
Pink Coral is here when you’re ready to invest in yourself and your business. For those who are, the return on connection, support, and opportunities far outweighs the cost.
-
Not at all. Pink Coral is for the quietly ambitious — women who are building businesses with purpose and balance, not hustle and burnout.
-
We don’t offer membership discounts, special offers or free sessions in order to keep things fair for our current paying members, but you do get your first Pink Coral Cuppa & Connect networking event at any hub for just £7 - book on Eventbrite.
Our Cuppa & Connect events are open to both Pink Coral members and PAYG visitors. But our members always get first dibs on event spaces, free entry, and unlimited access to events across all hubs. Plus ongoing visibility and support behind the scenes — so if you love the vibe, we’d love to welcome you in properly.
-
We’d be sad to see you go and please do let us know if we can do anything to improve your experience.
You must give 30-days written notice by emailing nikki@pinkcoralcommunity.co.uk
Founder members who cancel will forfeit their exclusive rate and benefits. If they decide to re-join in the future, it will be subject to the current membership price.
