A space to grow, feel seen, and build your business with women who get it.

Pink Coral was made for women who are serious about their business… but not so serious about standing up and giving a speech about it.

We’re the ones growing steady, strong and building a business around our lives. The ones who aren’t shouting the loudest online but are still building something incredible behind the scenes.

It’s not about forcing yourself to be extroverted or “network-y” to succeed. It’s about being seen, supported and understood exactly as you are.

Our networking isn’t transactional or performative. It’s real connection, genuine support, and friendships that go beyond business. Membership gives you a whole ecosystem of support not just events, but community that actually has your back.

Why I Started Pink Coral.

Running a business solo can get lonely. It’s just you (and maybe the cat) at home with no one to chat with, share ideas, or celebrate wins.

I hit a point where I felt stuck and lonely from working at home alone. I craved human connection, real business friendships, and a more relaxed way to network that didn’t feel fake or forced.

So I created the thing I needed most. A warm, welcoming community for women who want to grow their business and their support network.

And that’s how our North Hampshire community was born. Now we’ve grown into two buzzing hubs: one in Fleet, Hampshire and a new one in Guildford, Surrey, with monthly in-person events that bring women together (dare we say it?) actually make networking fun.

Pink Coral is my full-time focus. This isn’t a side project or a sales tactic. It’s the only business I run, and every bit of my energy goes into making it the best possible space for our members to connect, grow, and feel seen.

Sound Familiar?

When we talk to women in the same situation it’s not just loneliness that gets to them it’s the ripple effect it has on everything else:

Running a business is tough. It’s full of “what am I doing?” moments, decision fatigue, comparison spirals and figuring everything out alone.

But it doesn’t have to be that way.

At Pink Coral, we support each other through the highs and the lows. We keep showing up. We collaborate. We recommend each other. We cheer each other on, because we want each other to win.

No gatekeeping. No cliques. No culty vibes.

Just a different kind of networking.

Want to feel like people actually know you and are rooting for your success?

Why Seeing The Same Faces (Over and Over) Is Actually A Good Thing.

If you’re a solo or small business owner – especially if you’re offering a service – you’ll know people don’t usually buy the first time they meet you. They need to really know, like, and trust you first.

That’s why consistent connection matters.

When you show up regularly and see the same women again and again, the conversations get easier. They just flow. You’re not having to start from scratch or have the same surface-level chat 20 times.

Instead of small talk, you dive straight into the good stuff – what you’re working on, where you’re stuck, what you’re excited about. That’s where the real relationships (and opportunities) come from.

And while our members get priority access to event tickets, we always keep a few pay-as-you-go spots open too. So there’s still fresh energy, new faces, and a chance to welcome more brilliant women into the community.

Community Isn’t A Nice To Have, It’s A Must Have! This Is What Membership To Pink Coral Really Looks Like:

NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES

We don’t do surface-level chats or “pop in and out” networking.

At Pink Coral, you build real relationships by showing up, being yourself, and connecting with women who genuinely care.

These are women investing in themselves, their businesses, and each other.

They tag you, recommend you, say your name in the right rooms, because they trust you.

That’s how clients find you, collabs happen, and your business grows - steadily, through people who actually know you.

PERSONAL GROWTH

You start off second-guessing everything, unsure if you’re doing it “right” or even if you’re cut out for this.

But bit by bit, that changes.

You learn from other members experiences. You get unstuck. You see what’s possible. You start to trust yourself more.

You make clearer decisions, feel more confident, and realise that you can do this!

And instead of feeling overwhelmed, you start feeling excited. Excited to grow, learn and run a business that fits your life.

SUPPORT SYSTEM

This is the bit so many people miss - the support. The “I get it” messages, the personal check-ins, the chats after an event that leave you feeling lighter.

Pink Coral gives you a trusted group of women who actually show up to listen, to cheer you on, and remind you that you’re not the only one finding it hard some days.

You can share all of your wins and wobbles here.

You’ve got a trusted community by your side, because business was never meant to be done alone.

What We’ve Built Here Really Works.

No overwhelm. No pressure. Just a refreshingly simple and genuine way to grow your business.

The trust builds quickly here, and with that comes opportunities – collaborations, recommendations, new clients, and friendships.

Our community is intentionally intimate, so you’re not lost in the crowd. People truly know you. And as we open up more locations, those meaningful connections and opportunities are only growing. When our members are looking to hire or invest, their first port of call is a fellow Coral.

Check out our success stories to see the magic that happens when women feel seen, supported, and genuinely connected.

FAQs.

  • Membership to Pink Coral Community is tailored for businesses where you serve as the owner, founder, or director.

Please note that it’s not the right fit for network marketing/MLM enterprises, such as Tropic, Arbonne, Bodyshop, Herbalife, and similar organisations.

This is because Pink Coral is designed to support independently owned, founder-led businesses and we actively spotlight our members, their business, and their offers.

If you earn from building a team and those you recruit, sadly that’s not something we can support within the Pink Coral membership.

Alternatively, we do extend an invitation for you to attend our in-person events on a pay-as-you-go basis, but it's important to emphasise that we encourage a supportive and collaborative atmosphere, and attendees MUST NOT engage in aggressive selling or recruitment during our events and after when following up, regardless of the nature of their business.

  • To secure your spot at any in-person event, Members MUST book their ticket online - all info is in your welcome pack.

It is your responsibility to reserve your space. Use 'Pink Coral Member' ticket option at the checkout.

    Members receive priority access!

Given the limited space at our venues, we must let the venue know numbers in advance.

So, if for any reason members are unable to attend after reserving a ticket, please WhatsApp or notify us at nikki@pinkcoralcommunity.co.uk This allows us the option to open up spots for others, maintaining the integrity of our community.

  • No, you don't need to send a replacement. We understand that things come up, and sometimes you may not be able to attend at the last minute. However, it's important to inform Nikki if you can't make it and avoid making it a regular occurrence. A lot of planning goes into our events, and PAYG visitors have paid to attend, so it would be disappointing for them to show up expecting to meet Pink Coral members and find no one there.

Please try to attend as many events as possible — not only to build connections with others, but also to get the most out of your membership.

  • Nope! Everyone is welcome. Our focus is on fostering collaboration over competition HOWEVER …

We strictly discourage aggressive selling, pressuring or recruiting of any kind.

This is a safe space designed for kind, vibrant and ambitious business owners who appreciate the importance of community and building long-term connections with fellow entrepreneurs.

It may not be the right fit if your only goal is to hard sell, give out business cards, generate lead after lead, or recruit individuals for your programmes/teams/groups.

The integrity of this community means everything to us and we encourage attendees and members to tell us if they experience this behaviour from someone within the community.

  • Virtual sessions maintain a consistent weekly structure.

In-person events: Cowork & Connect is typically scheduled 9am to 12.30pm on the first Tuesday of the month and then reoccurs every 4 weeks.

Cuppa & Connect is typically scheduled 10am to 12pm on the third Thursday of the month (sometimes 4th, if it's a five week month) and then reoccurs every 4 weeks.

Please be aware there may be a couple of months in the year where the extended school holidays could affect our in-person event schedule. While our events proceed as planned during holidays, December may have fewer events due to the busy festive season for our venues. However, rest assured that we will always organise a members-only coffee catch up if our venues are unavailable, as well as our Christmas get-together.

We always provide 2-3 months event dates on our online calendar. Check here to ensure the dates suit YOUR schedule too.

  • Virtual sessions: Every week you’ll be sent a reminder about the virtual sessions and the Zoom links to join.

GUIDED virtual coworking: Join Nikki/Louise for a power-packed 2-hr sessions using the Pomodoro Method. You hop on the call, we’ll have a little chat about what we want to achieve, I’ll set the timer and we’ll get to work. Then after each Pomodoro sprint we’ll have a quick 5-minute chat/break and start again.

QUIET/SELF-LED virtual coworking: Unleash your productivity by working at your own pace in our open Zoom room. Feel free to stop for a tea break and chat with your fellow coworkers to break up the session and catch up with your besties.

Collaborative in-person coworking sessions are now for Pink Coral Members only! These sessions are the perfect way for members to tap into the collaborative spirit of our community. With a diverse range of skills and knowledge within our group, there’s so much we can learn from each other.

Every other month, we’ll host a mini-mastermind session where members have the option to bring a question to the group - whether they need feedback, or help tackling something, collectively we can help move them forward.

You’ll be updated regularly via email and WhatsApp group about upcoming event dates and how to reserve your spot before anyone else.

  • Absolutely not! If you’re free and need some support then we’d love to see you online or in real-life.

  • We don’t offer membership discounts or free sessions in order to keep things fair for our current members, but you do get your first Pink Coral Cuppa & Connect networking event for just £7 - book on Eventbrite.

Our Cuppa & Connect events are open to both Pink Coral members and PAYG visitors. If you're new, you're welcome to come along up to 3 times (total, not per hub) before deciding if membership's right for you.

Our members always get first dibs on event spaces, free entry, and unlimited access to events across all hubs. Plus ongoing visibility and support behind the scenes — so if you love the vibe, we’d love to welcome you in properly.

  • We’d be sad to see you go and please do let us know if we can do anything to improve your experience.

You must give 30-days written notice by emailing nikki@pinkcoralcommunity.co.uk

Founder members who cancel will forfeit their exclusive rate and benefits. If they decide to re-join in the future, it will be subject to the current membership price.

  • Absolutely! Stay tuned as this is our long-term goal.

Right now, Nikki hosts our Hampshire events and focused on growing that hub, but we're always on the look out for business owners who'd like to host Pink Coral events in their area. Contact Nikki to discuss!
