Hi, I’m Fiona, Antenatal Hypnobirthing teacher and founder of Hypnatal Birthing.

I live in Hartley Wintney with my husband and our two children - the ones who inspired me to get into the birth world!

Where it all started…

Back in 2019, I felt completely overwhelmed by the idea of birth (like many first-time mums do).

My main fear was losing control and panicking during labour. Luckily, I discovered hypnobirthing which helped me have two really positive birth experiences.

After having my children, I felt inspired to help other families. I want you to know just how powerful you are and that, with the right support, you can have an incredible birth experience, no matter how or where you plan to give birth. For me, positive birth is all about feeling calm, relaxed, in control, supported, informed, and excited! This should be an experience you’re really looking forward to, and I can help you feel that!

How I help expectant and new families…

Wherever you are on your journey - preparing for birth, navigating pregnancy or settling into life as a new parent - I offer calm, confident and friendly support.

If you’re pregnant you can join my Antenatal Hypnobirthing courses, either 1:1 in the comfort of your home or in group workshops where you’ll meet other expectant parents. You’ll learn how your mind and body work, how to reduce fear and boost confidence, practical tools and techniques for labour, and how to make informed decisions so you feel in control, whatever birth journey looks like.

I also run Pregnancy Relaxation courses and regular meet-ups for ‘The Mum’s Village’, my online and in-person parent community, helping you build that supportive village that every parent needs.

Based in Hartley Wintney, I work with families across Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire. I support birth teams planning hospital and home births supported by the teams at Frimley, Basingstoke, Royal Surrey and Royal Berks.
