Hi I’m Kinga, Founder of Tara Abode.
I offer a full range of property services for developers and landlords. This includes everything from home staging and property listings to tenant placement and ongoing management — particularly for HMO landlords.
I also work closely with private homeowners and developers, supporting them throughout their property journey, from snagging inspections to development project management, helping make sure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
I’m Hungarian originally from Transylvania moved to the UK in 2014 and have a diverse professional background, including the last 10+ years working in the rail industry.
Alongside my corporate career, I’ve always had a strong passion for property and interior design. From a young age, I was fascinated by homes and by how a space can be completely transformed — sometimes with just thoughtful changes and the right vision. Someone once told me I had the talent to turn a cave into a home, and that comment has always stayed with me.
I truly believe there is a difference between a house and a home. Many people live in houses, but creating a home is about intention, care, and understanding how a space should work for the people in it. It’s not always about big budgets — often it’s about thoughtful design and seeing the potential others might miss.
