It’s Not the Size That Matters… It’s What You Do With It

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about what we’ve built here at Pink Coral. And honestly? I’ve not given it the recognition it deserves.

We’re a community of just 20 women right now – small by most people’s standards, but what we’ve achieved together is bloody incredible. Proof that small really can be mighty.

Because when you keep things intimate, something special happens.

People actually know each other.
They turn up for one another.
They celebrate the highs, support the lows, recommend each other, hire each other, and actually care.

This is the magic you just don’t get when you’re one of 100 faces in a room or 800+ in an online app.

A few wins from the Corals lately

The past few months have been full of collaborations, client wins, and members quietly cheering each other on. Here’s just a glimpse of what’s been happening:

• Lauren refreshed the Pink Coral branding beautifully
• Members have been joining Jo’s online reflect sessions
• Vikki has been looking after so many of us with her reiki and massage
• I’ve just hired Emily as my VA to help run things behind the scenes
• Sarah has hired Megan, Justine and Victoria for various projects
• Loads of us have been to Sarah’s stargazing events
• I’ve had my colours done with Charlotte (as have Sarah and Abby)
• Katerina and Justine have captured the best photos at our events
• Abby has hired Emily as her VA too
• Katerina and Charlotte ran a collab workshop and are already planning the next one
• Sarah and Jane had such a successful collab event they added extra dates
• Emily introduced Lauren to a client who’s now working with her

And that’s just the business side of things.

The real transformation isn’t just in the wins

It’s in who our members are becoming.
They’ve grown more confident, braver, more visible, and more known locally. They’re learning from each other, feeling inspired, and showing up in a way that feels steady and real.

Some even enjoy networking now. Or at least, they enjoy it with Pink Coral.

They’re growing their networks naturally every month at our events.
They’re finding opportunities in the most effortless way.
And they’re forming genuine relationships – the ones that actually make business feel easier.

Let’s not forget the coffee catch-ups, the cosy evenings together, dog walks, and the check in messages. These are relationships built on trust. And when you build that kind of connection, your business will always grow in the right direction.

A small community with a big impact

Here’s the thing: we’ve done all this with just 20 women.

Twenty!

Imagine what’s coming next.
